I'll do it differently here, I shall summarize myself in a day.
I wake up at 7.07am, snooze for 3 more minutes til 7.10am. Check my phone for updates that happened when I was asleep. Jump out of bed cos I'm late. Rush through scrubbing myself and my teeth, as I'm doing that, I boil water for my daily beverage, Haha! Gobble down my breakfast and sometimes get scalded by the hot tea..(That should wake me up..) Head down, and tries to remember where the car is parked, dreads climbing to level 5-6 of the carpark.
Drives, enters CTE from AMK Ave 1 exit, exits and enters TPE and almost immediately exits again at Jalan Kayu exit. Does Certification in the Quality and Business Improvement Department for the 700 million dollar, 154,000sqm investment in the Seletar Aerospace Park called Rolls-Royce Singapore Pte Ltd. (Lunch there sucks, as the food isn't that great..It's very expensive too!!) Leaves the office and heads home for dinner(loves mom's cooking!!), sometimes will head to school in the West cos I'm studying part time at Unisim, taking Degree in Aerospace Systems Engineering. On days when I don't have classes, I'll usually (try) and hit the books a little, run around the estate to exercise or laze around watching Deadliest Catch, Whale Wars or other exciting shows.
I usually turn in before 12am to catch enough rest.. :)
On weekends, haha! I usually cook, for the family, I'm the only child and as gratitude towards my Mom for cooking for almost the whole week, I cook for the family. My best creation by far is beer battered fish and chips.
Oh ya..I have been bathing with Johnson's Baby Bath all my life, so if you squeeze me or wring me dry, soap bubbles might appear.

PTE - not a recruit nor a corporal. stands for PerverTEd because you get screwed all over by everyone and you curse and swear a hell lot to one another.
LCP - no longer a PTE and not yet a CPL. so you're stuck in the middle. Lan Cheow Peng is what you are.
CPL - been a long time since you were a PTE or a LCP. but you're not a specialist and yet some things you do, make it seem as if you're one. what a Cha Pa Lang soldier you are.
3SG - well. you made it as a specialist. the most junior of all specialists. hence you do 3 times the Sai Gang.
2SG - finally. you get that extra stripe. but it's all the same. 2 times the Sai Gang.
1SG - you made it this far. you break even, doing 1 time the Sai Gang. simple math really.
SSG - senior as you are, you know the tricks and all. you're accustomed to SG. and because of that you can Siam Sai Gang. either that. you end up on the losing end and do Super SG.

2 Pieces of news I would like to broadcast to the readers of my blog!
Commercial sex with someone under 18 will be made a crime under the law, and this extends beyond Singapore’s borders.
This means Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents going on a child sex tour will be prosecuted. Organisers and promoters of child sex tours will also be taken to task.
The proposed changes are part of a comprehensive review of Singapore’s Penal Code.
It is the first massive review of the criminal laws and penalties in Singapore since 1984.
The Home Affairs Ministry, in tabling the amendments in Parliament on Monday, said the proposed changes are intended to protect young persons of both sexes against exploitation and providing sexual services at a tender age of 18 as their consent could be impaired due to their immaturity and vulnerability.
The Ministry said that as society changes with time, the legal system too needs to reflect current realities. This means the laws need to stay ahead of criminals and the nature of crime.
Out of some 360 offences reviewed, penalties for nearly 60 percent of them have been left unchanged.
Those being amended involve either enhancing, reducing or expanding the range of penalties.
This is to provide the courts with greater sentencing discretion to mete out appropriate sentences and to reflect developments in crime trends.
Several new offences have also been included as criminal acts in the proposed bill.
One example is sexual acts committed against minors and persons with mental disability. For this group, the bill makes it explicitly clear that it is a crime to have oral and anal sexual acts with them.
The Penal Code review will also cater to a new security climate.
Ilustrations will be inserted into the laws to provide greater clarity with respect to the legality of actions by the security forces under certain extreme threat scenarios in the prevailing security environment.
The illustrations pertain to potential suicide bombers, a hostile vessel ramming against another vessel, and an apparently hijacked vessel that may be used on a suicide mission to cause harm to innocent human lives in other boats or on a wharf.
The Ministry stressed that such illustrations do not accord additional powers to the security forces. However, they provide greater certainty to and in turn greater operational confidence in our security forces to take the necessary actions to neutralise security threats.
The Penal Code review also addresses the challenge of preserving racial and religious harmony in the context of a globalised world, which faces the threat of religious extremism.
Words and gestures done with deliberate intent to wound the racial or religious feelings of any person will now be dealt with. A new section will also be introduced to prevent the deliberate promotion of enmity between different groups on grounds of religion and race.
And anyone who abets an offence outside Singapore can also be tried by Singapore courts.
The Ministry explained that given the transnational nature of crime today, it is necessary to ensure that those who seek to promote criminal acts in Singapore from the safety of being outside Singapore, can be brought to justice if and when they are found here.
Examples showing the need to enact such a provision include when a person who, outside Singapore, plans or instigates a crime to be carried out in Singapore by other people in Singapore or sends drugs into Singapore which are distributed by other people.

Three lapses in the SAF’s systems and procedures have been identified concerning the recent incident where a full—time national serviceman walked out of Mandai Hill Camp with his rifle and ammunition during his guard duty, said Defence Minister Teo Chee Hean.
20—year—old full—time national serviceman Corporal Dave Teo, who was serving as an infantryman in the First Battalion, Singapore Infantry Regiment (1 SIR) has been charged with illegally carrying a firearm after escaping from his camp on the night of 2 September and was caught at Cineleisure on Orchard Road after a 20—hour manhunt.
Speaking in Parliament on Monday, Minister Teo said the SAF had convened a Higher Board of Inquiry (HBOI) to determine how the incident took place and while it reviewed that the SAF’s current systems are sound, they rely on people for effective implementation.
In this case, the first weakness the HBOI identified was the implementation and supervision of guard room procedures at Mandai Hill Camp on that night when Corporal Teo slipped out.
It also revealed that there was a flaw in the physical construction of Mandai Hill Camp that enabled him to escape without being detected.
The third lapse was the mismanagement of the post—incident reporting procedures, which require quick reporting of all serious incidents including missing arms and ammunition.
On 2 September, Corporal Teo was assigned patrolling duty and its procedures require it to be conducted on two—hour shifts and in pairs.
Guards on patrol duties are also required to make situational reporting to the guard room at half—hour intervals but these were not enforced properly or Corporal Teo’s absence would have been detected earlier.
The camp’s physical security is also in question as it has been designed to prevent unauthorized entry and not unauthorized exit.
Investigations showed that Corporal Teo did not leave by the camp gates but absconded by jumping the far corner of the second—floor parapet of the Guard Room onto the carpark outside the camp premises, which was out of the visual scope of the other guards.
Before doing so, he dismantled his rifle and concealed it in his field pack.
This incident has also brought to light a significant breach of reporting standards.
For serious security incidents such as those involving missing arms and ammunition, the unit’s Duty Operations Officer is required to report the incident to the Army’s General Staff Operations Centre within 30 minutes.
However, in this case, Corporal Teo, together with his firearm and ammunition, was discovered missing by the Guard Commander at 11.59pm on 2 September, but the Army’s General Staff Operations Centre was only informed of this incident at 3am the next day.
The Military Police were alerted at 3.30am and when their preliminary investigations showed that the missing firearm and ammunition were no longer on the camp premises, the Police were contacted at 5.45am.
When Corporal Teo was arrested, his firearms and eight rounds of ammunition were recovered. All five rounds of 5.56 ammunition which were issued to him for guard duty on 2 September were retrieved.
However, investigations revealed that additional three 5.56 millimetre tracer rounds were used during a section live firing exercise that he participated in two weeks earlier. The police and the SAF are still investigating exactly how he acquired those three tracer rounds.
Minister Teo stressed that concrete action by MINDEF and the SAF have been taken to rectify the three lapses.
He added that following this incident, the SAF has audited and reviewed the camp guard security of all SAF camps to determine if such non—compliance of orders or procedures exists in other camps.
However, Mr Teo said that the audit revealed that this was a problem localised to this unit.
Nonetheless, the SAF has stepped up the frequency of security audits of all SAF camps and will continue to focus on effective training and supervision to ensure that servicemen at all levels know the procedures and how to implement them.
Personnel found to have been negligent in their conduct of duties in this case will also be punished.
During an interview with his Platoon Commander in June this year, Corporal Teo admitted that he was stressed over relationship problems with his girlfriend.
The criminal case against Corporal Teo is pending.
